Margaret Warren of Lostock, widow late wife of John Warren of Pointon esquire - Burial: 21 Jun 1617 Stockport Saint Mary
Note: Birth year is approximate
There is no probate to match to her. The abode could refer to Lostock near Stretford though there is also a Lostock near Bolton and it could also refer to Lostock Gralam, near Northwich.
The 1567 visitation for Molyneux of Sefton showed Margaret as the 2nd daughter of Sir Richard Molyneux and named her as the wife of John Warren, son and heir of Sir Edward Warren of Poynton.
A marriage year as 1558 has been suggested but there is no record to match
Note: The portrait image has been added that with a title as Margaret Molyneux, Mrs John Warren age 50, incorrectly set as a "grave" photograph by an inactive user. The validity of that portrait needs confirming.

John Mullineux - Burial: 2 Dec 1596 Dalton in Furness, St Mary - Matching with the death identified for him in VCH Bradford (near Manchester)
Note: Birth year is approximate as the 3rd of the 4 sons named in the 1567 visitation, as the younger son of Sir Richard Molyneux who was living at that time. The eldest brother, William was then married with 4 children (his eldest son shown married as a likely child marriage), matching the brother, William to a birth likely to be before 1540.
There are two deeds dated 26 Nov 1585 and 16 Jan 1587 at Lancashire Archives, "relating to the partition of the lands of the late John Booth in Barton upon Irwell between his three daughters, viz. Anne Booth, Dorothy, wife of John Molyneux and Margaret wife of Edmund Trafford, esq." These confirm the match made for John's wife and her sisters.
John and Dorothy's surviving daughter, Bridget was born 1585 from her age at the time of John's death and they were shown married in 1586 (see VCH below).
VCH Barton upon Irwell described the Booth of Barton family showing the heir, John Booth who died in 1552 left his heir John Booth who died in 1576, "leaving four daughters as co-heirs—Margaret, who in 1564 was contracted to marry Edmund Trafford; Anne, who married George Legh of East Hall in High Legh.. Katherine, who died in 1582 unmarried; and Dorothy, who married John Molyneux, a younger son of Sir Richard Molyneux of Sefton," adding in the footnotes, "a settlement of the manor was made in 1586, Sir Peter Legh and Sir Edmund Trafford being plaintiffs, and Edmund Trafford and Margaret his wife, Anne Booth, and John Molyneux and Dorothy his wife, deforciants... For John Molyneux, see Duchy of Lanc. Inq. p.m. xvii, 24. Dorothy Booth's share descended to a daughter, who married Robert Charnock of Astley in Chorley, and their daughter and heir married Richard son of Sir Peter Brooke of Mere in Cheshire."
https://www.british-history.ac.uk/vch/lancs/vol4/pp363-376
VCH Bradford (near Manchester) also referred to the daughter and heir of Dorothy, naming her as Bridget:
"..and Bradford descended like Barton until the latter part of the 16th century, when it became the portion of Dorothy, youngest daughter and co-heir of John Booth of Barton. (fn. 13) By her first husband, John Molyneux of Sefton, she had a daughter Bridget, (fn. 14) who married Thomas Charnock of Astley in Chorley. (fn. 15) The manor was still in Bridget Charnock's possession in 1654, (fn. 16) and descended to the Brookes of Astley, a branch of the Mere family... The Booth estates had not then been divided. Settlements respecting coal mines in Bradford, also the manors of Bradford, Over Ardwick and Lower Ardwick, with houses, lands, water-mill, dovecotes, and rents in the same places and in Manchester, were made in 1607 and 1608 by Edward Dukinfield and Dorothy his wife."
https://www.british-history.ac.uk/vch/lancs/vol4/pp274-275
Dorothy's father was age 10 in 1552 when his father died and Dorothy was the last of the named children. She was probably born by 1570 from the birth of the daughter and probably much younger than John.
Dorothy has been linked with the 9 Jan 1625 Eccles, St Mary buried as Dorothy wife of Edmund Duckenfield (Dukinfield). VCH Bradford adds in the footnotes, "John Molyneux died at Dalton in Furness in Nov. 1596, his daughter Bridget being nine years old. Dorothy, the widow, soon afterwards married Edward Dukinfield at Bradford."
It is not confirmed if the burial linked to Dorothy at Eccles as wife of Edmund Dukinfield matches as the Edward Dukinfield she married.
Edward Dukinfield, gent was buried 13 Dec 1648 at Stockport, St Mary and the only option for her husband as Edward or Edmund.
