I LEONARD HILL of the County of Essex in the Colony of Virginia being in sound and perfect mind and memory thanks be to almighty God for ye same I do make this my last Will and Testament revokeing by these presents all will & wills heretofore by me made either in words or Writeing & this I desire should be taken for my last will & testament and noe other and first I bequeath my soul to God that gave it and my body to the earth from whence it came to be buried in such decent and Christian manner as Execrs. hereafter named shall think most convenient there to rest till the joyfull resurrection of the just and temporal goods & estate as the Lord farr above my deserts to bestow upon me
I do order bestow give and bequeath to my Son LEONARD HILL this part or parcell of land I now live on and three hundred acres of the lower part of my land called BRIDGERS NECK to he and his heirs for ever.
