1. William Kelsey Hart, b. 1875 in Kaufman Co., TX, d. 1940 in Kaufman Co., TX
2. Henry Kelsey "Dock" Hart, b. 1848 in Upshur Co., TX, d. 1926 in Kaufman Co., TX, m. 1870 in Kauman Co., TX
3. Nancy Cornelia Jones, b. 1849 in GA, d. 1887 in Kaufman Co., TX

5. Mary Eveline Kelsey b. 1823 SC d. 1906 Upshur Co., TX

The 1880 census of Kaufman Co., TX shows him in the household of his father, Henry Hart, It shows Henry's birthpalce as TX (ca 1848) and that of his father in SC and his mother in TX.
The 1870 and 1850 censuses of Upshur Co., TX show William H. Hart (William's grandfather) as born in NC and his wife, Mary (William's grandmother) as born in SC.
Conclusion: I see no connection with my Hart family. GA Vaut.4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11

(Typed exactly - typos included.)
Second Victim of Tragedy
Mrs. Luther Welborn Succumbs to Injuries Received Saturday.
Elmo, Tex., June 7 - Mrs. Luther Welborn died at 11:45 this morning from the effects of injuries received Saturday afternoon when the buggy in which she was riding was struck by an engine, an account of which appeared in The Transcript of that date. Mrs. Welborn is the second victim of the deplorable tragedy which has cast such a deep sorrow over this entire community, her father, A. H. Brown, who was with her at the time, having received injuries from the effects of which she died almost instantly. Mrs. Welborn, previous to her marriage, was Miss Bessie Brown of this place. Her husband and an infant child survive. One child was also hurt in the accident which has cost two lives, but it is believed that it will recover.
The funeral will be held at Elmo tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Baptist church. Interment will follow at the College Mound cemetery.

Her son was John Luther Welborn, Jr. (1909-1944)
